So who runs this?
CPR For Scouts is run by a great Husband and Wife team, Martin & Lisa, who are well used to providing training and mentoring services to large groups through their day to day involvement in Scouting. And through Lisa, we have multiple years of real world medical training and experience to back up what we're actually teaching. Yey! They're a pretty good team to be honest.
If required. we can also provide references from units who we've run training events for.

About Lisa
Mom of 3.
Started my scouting career as a brownie and became a Girl Scout.
Been to Gilwell Park.
Volunteered to be a tiger den leader so we could have a den, they told me it was only an hour a week.
22 years of EMS and ER experience.
Woodbadge participant 23-1.
SKC Gateway District Disability and Inclusion chair.
Certified Scouting America Health & Medical officer.
GreenBar trained.
GreenBar Staff - First aid station & Health officer.
IOLS staff Health Officer.
NYLT staff Health & Safety officer.

About Martin
Martin could be called a 'life-long' scouter, getting his start many many years ago in the UK, joining cubs when he was old, young?, enough, then moving onto Scouts until he had to leave for University (although he still helped out at camps when able). Helped start a Venturing unit during his time too, first one in the area.
He's also visited Gilwell Park!
A move to the USA, and soon asked to join the local Cub pack by his wife. And the rest, as they say, is history.
Only an hour per week.

Wilderness First Aid trained too (BSA ECSI, plus Base medical / WMI), but that's assumed.
